These terms of use govern the use of the website provided by Meteler Grup Management Services together with the administrator and resident panels. Every user who logs in to the panel is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Account Security
Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties. All actions performed through your account are logged. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact management immediately.
3. Scope of Service
The dues, debt and payment information provided through the panel is for informational purposes only; the official records are the management books and accounting records. The online payment infrastructure is provided through contracted payment institutions.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to upload unlawful content to the panel, not to attempt to disrupt the operation of the system, and to respect the personal data of other residents. In the event of non-compliant use, the account may be suspended.
5. Changes
The company may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Significant changes are announced through the panel.
